Hello, Im finishing up laminate flooring in my basement. The problem is, im going to build a room in it, on the flooring, I just dont know when. So if I finish it all up now, the 2 by 4s will hold tight on the flooring, leaving no room for the laminate to expand or shrink. So how best I should do it? Or it wouldnt matter much? All help is appreciated.
