Need to migrate to a new domain
I have an interesting problem (at least it's loaded with drama). I've just signed on a new website design client, but they have a problem. The company owner (let's call him "goodguy") originally hired his brother (let's call him "badguy") to do the first design. Now they want a new design, but the brothers hate each other. Badguy has control over Goodguy's domain and refuses to release it. He also has control over where the existing site is hosted.

It is a must that you must be listed as the admin email atingere for the domain name in order to transfer it away to another domain registration provider.
The reason is that you need to approve the transfer and the transfer request will only go to the admin email contact of the domain name which should be you.
